Delivery Service

• Available only to locations within our delivery network.
• Delivery will always be made on a weekday between the times of 7am to 4pm
• Accurate delivery information must be provided.
• If you would like a text message and image of your delivery, please ensure you provide your mobile number at checkout. 

Timing & Procedure

• We deliver a weekday between the hours of 7am to 4pm
• Standard delivery is to the front door only
• Drivers cannot:
• Enter premises
• Access back/side entrances or garages
• Open or unpack boxes

Apartment Deliveries

• Deliveries made to the building entrance only.
• If you would like a text message and image of your delivery, please ensure you provide your mobile number at checkout.
• Drivers cannot:
  o    Enter buildings
  o    Make overnight calls
  o    Wait for extended periods

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate delivery instructions.
• Accept responsibility for products after delivery.
• Ensure authority to accept deliveries at the provided address.

Pure n Cure accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to any product after the delivery has been made to the nominated or stipulated delivery location as per checkout delivery instructions.
