General Delivery Information

Our meals are delivered across VICTORIA including regional suburbs. Please check your suburb in the postcode checker above to see if we deliver to you.
For delivery, we charge only $15, $20 or $25 depending where you are located, to cover a portion of our costs. 
Deliveries are free for orders over $200
Our minimum order amount is only $60.

Your meals will arrive fresh and refrigerated

All meals are cooked fresh, snap chilled and dispatched from our kitchen to our specialist cold chain delivery partner. Meals will remain refrigerated in our insulated delivery boxes during transit. Meals are best stored in fridge until ready to be served.

Special Instructions

You must enter any special delivery instructions if you live in a secure block, if you do or do not specially want the driver to buzz your unit/apartment, have any instructions for the driver or have pets they should be aware of. Please be aware what is common sense to you may not be to the driver so please make sure any instructions are easy to follow. 
We cannot be responsible for stolen items when no instructions are left and the driver has left your order in a position which they believe is reasonable. 
Please do not expect drivers to enter backyards, stair wells or lifts as this is a personal choice for each driver due to safety reasons and cannot be guaranteed for every delivery.

Delivery Updates

You will receive a text message with a photo of the delivered carton/s if you are not home to receive it yourself.  Kindly keep an eye out for these texts and secure your delivery once it has been made.  We cannot guarantee the text will be immediate as network issues can occur. 

All deliveries will be made between 7am to 5pm 
(we are unable to nominate a specific time for your delivery).

Microwave: Shake well! Remove and replace lid lightly. Heat on high for 3.5 minutes or until heated through. Stand for 30 seconds, stir and serve.

Stove Top: Empty into a small saucepan, simmer for 5–7 minutes over a medium heat, stirring frequently.

Refrigerate at 1–4°C and consume within 2 days of opening. As we use fresh and natural ingredients, colour, flavour and consistency may vary from pot to pot.
