Maa’s Dal Inspiration….

Having Maa(s) Dal as a soup, side or main is as easy as heating it up and having it your way!

  • Microwave - Shake well! Remove and replace lid lightly. Heat on high for 2 minutes. Stir and heat for a further 2 minutes or until heated through.
  • Stove - Simmer for 5-7 minutes over medium heat, stirring frequently.


Add fresh spinach/parsley or pan cooked fish/chicken bites to boost your meal.



Compliment your roast dinner, sandwich or salad.


Pour over qunioa or rice to enjoy with roti or naan bread.
